Head on over to my Music page to hear my new Pop montage which includes some contemporary examples of the kind of pieces I play. Thanks goes to Paul Bannister for his recording and engineering skills.
I have had a very busy but enjoyable weekend playing at two weddings! Thanks to Gabrielle and Richard, who celebrated their big day at Dunkenhalgh Castle on Friday, and to Kendra and Adam, who held their reception at the Alma Inn at Laneshaw Bridge, near Colne, on Saturday. All the best to the happy couples!
Thanks to Andy and Dawn for such a great night on Saturday – I was privileged to not only play at their wedding but also to attend as a guest. If you don’t know this venue you really should check it out as it is a fabulous place in a stunning setting with great staff. All the best to the new Mr and Mrs Davies!
Thanks to the organisers and all the brides and grooms that attended yesterday’s fayre at Barton Grange Garden Centre – it was a huge success with lots of people and a brilliant atmosphere! Here’s hoping they hold another in the future. I will be at Shaw Hill Hotel, Golf and Country Club next Sunday so please come and have a chat if you need some live music at your big day!
This Sunday (15th February) is Barton Grange Garden Centre’s (Garstang Road, Brock, PR3 0BT) first wedding fayre – come along and have a chat if you want some live sax at your wedding! Open from 10:30 til 4pm with two catwalks at 12pm and 2pm.
Next Sunday, the 22nd February, is Shaw Hill Hotel, Golf and Country Club’s (Whittle-le-Woods, Chorley, PR6 7PP) first wedding fayre of the season – an amazing venue with good links to the motorways, come along and meet all the suppliers. Open 12 – 3pm with the catwalk at 1:30pm.
The next wedding fayre I will be at is Barton Grange on Sunday 15th February. This fayre promises to be an exciting one as it is the first to be held at the Garden Centre (just off the A6 in Brock, PR3 0BT). There will be more than 25 high-quality wedding suppliers in one room – all in the beautiful and spacious surroundings of the Garden Centre. You can even grab a spot of lunch in the café while you’re there!
I will, of course, be playing live so please come along and have a chat if you like the idea of live saxophone at your event. The day starts at 10.30am.
I look forward to seeing you there!
