It’s Spring and the wedding season is in full swing! Get in touch if you are after some live music for your wedding/event/party and check out some of my videos either on here or on my Facebook page at facebook.com/jamesbellsax to hear me play and see me in action. I regularly play during wedding ceremonies, drinks receptions, wedding breakfasts and at evening receptions as well. Please contact me to discuss any aspect of your event.
I had a blast playing with the fantastic Lancaster-based function band Quay Change last night at Forrest Hills, just outside Lancaster, for a 60th Birthday party. I then made the short trek into town to the Apothecary Bar and Lounge where my jazz quartet, The Luca Brasi Four, played a late night gig from 11pm – 2am. We hope to play that slot again some time soon!
I had a fantastic day on Sunday at The Merewood Hotel speaking to lots of great couples and suppliers. The bookings are coming in thick and fast and I can’t wait to work with all the people I met over the course of the year!
If you’re in Garstang on a Friday night before Christmas I’ll be playing at Cobblers from 8pm every week. Good food, cocktails and live sax in an intimate setting in the heart of Garstang – see you there!
I’m looking forward to playing at Blue Bayou for the next three Saturday nights. Come down and try some of their great food and enjoy a night of live saxophone in Preston’s newest hangout!
If you would like some live sax at your event then please get in touch. I play jazz and ballads, 60s up to modern day pop, and party/dance/house tracks at various day and evening events. Please visit my testimonials page on this site or on my Facebook page to read what past clients have had to say and get in touch – next year is already looking to be a busy one!
Laura and John Hinchcliffe had their wedding at West Tower, near Ormskirk – an amazing venue with fantastic staff! I played throughout the day at various points and here’s a pic of me playing at their night do too! Head over to my Facebook page to see some video footage (facebook.com/jamesbellsax)
